Return & Shipping Policies
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact m2inspiredwellness@gmail.com ASAP. Most orders ship out within 1 – 3 business days, so prompt contact is needed.
If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back to us unopened. Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges:
M² Inspired Wellness accepts returns under the following conditions:

Products with a defect/issue
In the case where it has been more than 14 days since the product was received, products that are not damaged cannot be returned. Our products have a shelf life, and due to FDA regulations, we cannot legally resell any products that have been returned. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot refund/return any items without defects.
If a product is defective or broken or has spilled during shipping, please email us pictures of the product issue in order to receive your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product within 3 business days.
Shipping:
We are a small business, and all of our products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing orders. We use the USPS for shipping. Customers typically receive product within 1-3 business days (priority) depending on your location and if you chose first class or priority.
