INGREDIENTS: Organic Elder Flower, Organic Lemon Balm Herb

BREW INSTRUCTIONS: Fill 1-2 tsp of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over tea and steep for 10-15 minutes and allow to chill! Sweeten with Stevia or honey! Serve with lemon!
