Mullein leaf is known to help spastic coughs, bronchial congestion, chest colds, allergies, asthma, and other ailments involving the respiratory issues. It is often combined with echinacea for glandular health. 
SUGGESTED USE: Shake well before use. Enjoy by placing directly under tongue or adding to water, juice or tea. Use up to 3x daily when needing extra immune support. Best when taken between meals. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 14-24 months
