Red clover makes a nutritious infusion, rich in minerals such as calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, sodium, cobalt, nickel and tin. It is also packed with numerous vitamins such as A, B-complex, B2 and C. Red clover is known to also support blood purification, toning the heart, balancing reproductive system and hormones, detoxification, skin ailments and provides respiratory support.

BREW INSTRUCTIONS: Fill 2 tsp of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes or until desired taste. Sweeten with Stevia or honey (optional)
